Ameritrade Votes to Acquire TD Waterhouse

(AP) -- Shareholders of online brokerage Ameritrade Holding Corp. approved the company's acquisition of TD Waterhouse Group Inc.'s U.S. retail securities business on Wednesday, an Ameritrade official said.Voters approved each part of the $2.9 billion dollar deal, said Ellen Koplow, general counsel and corporate secretary of
